I first worked with Gail in 2017 and she mentored me over a period of 6 months. During our time working together, Gails excellent knowledge and experience was put to the test as she helped guide me though a transition period.  It gave me the confidence to apply for a more senior position where I got the job.  Since then, I have worked with Gail on and off in a coaching capacity.  Gail is someone I choose to go back to again and again for her coaching style that is focused, challenging whilst also being very personable and has made a huge difference in how I show up in my work and personal life.  I thoroughly enjoy, and look forward to working with Gail over the coming years and I would recommend anyone who is interested in coaching to explore working with her..
